Let me correct myself, It is a 1975 and its hull #150, also the mast and boom seem to be in good shape. It has an outboard motor mount. Reason I am selling is because I would like to get something that is more ready to sail

hello all, I am currently looking at buying a contessa. The one I am looking at has the inboard removed and replaced with an outboard. Everyone is telling me that it throws off the balance and will cause the boat to hobbyhorse badly. Yet I see that many contessa's including bika have removed the inboard.
