I want to use the transducer thru hull on the starboard side for the head intake. Does anyone have any input on a better transducer spot? It seems that when the boat is heeled over port, this spot would not get correct readings any way.
Thanks,
Peter

I have a similar arangement on my 74 jjt.Can you send me a picture Shannon? I dont want to cut into the hull, it seems the hull is a little higher than the deck at that spot.

Ok on the trailer it fits through my 10'7" high door .
The keel sits 17" from the ground on the trailer.
This is with the Pullpit on.
Hope this helps, mine is a 1974 JJT.

Do you have the boat on a trailer? is the pullpit still on?
I have mine in my garage an believe the door is 11 feet but that is with trailer and pulpit, I can measure if you like.

I bought Tom's Contessa 2 months ago. It is in Arizona now going through a refit and repower smile

Has anybody tried to glas the hull/deck joint to prevent leaks there? I am in a glassing mode to repair holes in the cabin top and thought I could do this one while I am at it...

I have 5 on hull 91 , 3 above and 2 below the prop, I don't know where the original owner had them made, but that was probably 10 or more years ago. I can send you a picture if you want.
