Topic: Contessa 26 and Folkboat- difference?

I looked in my book, "The Folkboat Story" and could not find anything right off of designs outside the overall dimensions.  From my reading, the Contessa 26 JR and JJT versions hull's are similar to the IF.  It is the interior of the boat that the differences are seen.  I hope you know that a female in the last 60's sailed a IF around the world on a shoe string budget, so IF as ocean tested.  In reading the other subjects on this forum, it is headroom that matters for those taller then 5' 4" (sorry, do not know my meters off hand).  Hope this helps. jklee
