Topic: Boatworks Magazine

The latest cover of Boatworks magazine has a picture of a Contessa 26 with red sails . It has a stick ? attached to the stern pulpit and looks like it is being used to control something ...does anyone know what it is ?

Just back from Chapters with the latest issue of BoatWorks , hoping to prove MCo26 wrong ......I got out my magnifying glass and yep ..MCo26 is correct . I will stick my head in the snow for an hour or so ...what was I thinking !

Oh Well ..... It was the 24th of Dec. and it was really busy in the store .... and coming in from the dark to the bright lights of the bookstore .....and I never had a coffee yet ....and Who the hell puts a flag poll that large on  such a little sailboat ...ha ha . Anyway , how about those nice red sails ...they could be Tanbark ....but with my record of late ...I ain't sayin their Tanbark , I'll just say that they are nice.. red.. sails . Also the sail number is 226 Quixota , a great pic .
