Hi, I am eager to find a good Contessa 26 to buy. and am having difficulty seeing boats for sale. Perhap you know of a good boat that is or is about to become available.  I am prepared to pay a very good, fair price for the right boat.  I sail in Gardiners Bay and the Block Island Sound off Long Island, New York.  I would appreciate any leads or information that would help me with my quest.

Hi Adrian
I am trying to track down 'Little Minute' as I am refitting my Rogers 1974 Contessa 26, and there were some very nice features shown on that boat when she was sold via sailboatlistings.com.
I am not adept enough to be able to print off large copies of the photos to be able to study the details, and wanted to find either the new owner, to get some photos, or the person who carried out the refit.

new cylinoid, new pump primer fuel filter, new gasgets and new oil and transpission seals in engine.. engine  just overhauled.

Hi Scott,
Yes...  it did.  We were quite active for a while.  We met up several times for sails, beers and even a dinner with Tania Aebi when she was here at the boat show.

The last couple years have been quiet as I had a baby and haven't sailed much at all.  I know John sold his boat and he was one of the real drivers for the group.  But Oliver, and I and several others are still around.  Contact me by email or PM and we'll get you on the mailing list... if I can find it.
